WoX - solution walkthrough

Here, I’m outlining the core UX decisions that shaped the shipped version of World of X. Each level is broken down by its purpose, user outcome, and the interaction model we chose. The goal: show how the experience scales cleanly from globe to project without adding cognitive friction.

Globe View — Global Discovery Layer

The World View acts as the universal entry point, allowing users to explore every country where the brand operates. The interaction model focuses on intuitive rotation, zoom, and tap behaviors so users can quickly orient themselves. Designed to be lightweight and responsive, it works seamlessly across both desktop and mobile.

Country View — Regional Overview Layer

The Country View gives a clear look at all the cities within a selected country and how many projects each one has. It helps to quickly understand where everything is, and with a single Explore button, one can dive into any city to see all the projects present in that city.

City & Project View — Area Exploration Layer

Once the user selects a certain city, the view further zooms in and gets populated with project pins across areas. One can move around, click on any project pin and then move further into the details of the project.

Navigation features

The navigation bar enables users to effortlessly navigate through various sections of the platform. It has all essential tools and options in one convenient location, allowing users to, view, or engage without any confusion. Everything is designed for, clarity, and easy accessibility at all times. Certain features were brought over from the core weblite experience to maintain consistency and enhance user's journey with a more seamlessly integrated experience. Additionally, other new features were not limited to the wOX layer but were also integrated with the core product.

Safeframes

Different users interact with the platform on different devices, and cluttered layouts were creating cognitive overload. The Safe Frame was introduced as a guiding constraint: a protected area where all high-value information and actions stay accessible, regardless of screen size or layout density. It helped streamline decision-making, reduce visual noise, and bring clarity back to the multi-layered WOX experience. The same guidelines also got applied and improved the experience of the core weblite product.

Ai Companion

Feature deep dive

As established earlier, the ai companion appears from the very beginning of the experience and is their to help users answer project specific queries wherever the user is in their journey. Below are some excerpts which we tested out of how contextually will the AI be used in the WoX to weblite journey seamlessly.

Broadcasting - guided tour for buyers

Feature deep dive

Initially introduced as a feature on Sales tool which is a video Conferencing Tool Designed to Help sales agents showcase properties to clients in a guided format. After careful consideration and multiple live project requests , it was taken up as part of the Weblite + WoX story as well. To know about the sales tool check out: https://propvr.ai/sales-tool . Telehealth Consultation Session

Features of broadcasting - B2B2C

The tool is operated primarily by a sales agent to organise, host and analyse calls that they conduct with potential buyers. We created a journey from the perspective of both parties and how much control would each have access to over the experience.  We covered the feature for WoX and weblite and in this casestudy I have covered the host and guest experience for World of X layer specifically.
