CASE STUDY — PropVR Website Revamp
Overview
PropVR’s website needed to evolve from a simple product listing into a cohesive platform narrative. As the company expanded into Touchscreen, WebLite, WOX, Sales Tool, and AI features, the website needed a clearer product hierarchy, a unified UX system, and a more strategic content structure.
I led the redesign direction—defining the information architecture, modular page framework, product story flow, and cross-functional alignment to create a scalable, consistent, and modern web presence for a multi-product proptech platform. Check out the official website: https://propvr.ai/
Challenge
The original site struggled with:
-
Fragmented storytelling across products
-
No unified product hierarchy
-
Inconsistent page layouts
-
Addition of many new offerings
-
Visual inconsistencies
-
Pages that didn’t scale well as new products launched
The challenge wasn’t simply “refreshing visuals.”
It was re-architecting how PropVR presents its product ecosystem—so users, clients, and the sales team can easily understand what each product does and how they connect.
Solution
1. Rebuilt Information Architecture
Redesigned the entire site map and navigation to reflect PropVR’s multi-product ecosystem and enable future scalability.
2. Modular Product Page Framework
Created a reusable page structure applied across all products—hero, features, value, use cases, and CTAs—ensuring consistency and clarity.
3. Unified Product Storytelling (WebLite + WOX)
Defined how WOX extends WebLite and structured the content so users understand the global-to-local navigation model.
4. Component-Based UX Patterns
Introduced consistent layout grids, spacing rules, and design blocks to reduce drift and streamline page creation.
5. Responsive Experience Alignment
Standardized patterns for desktop and mobile to ensure seamless behaviour across devices
